breast Implants Boob job breast augmentation help?

i have round silacone implants 220cc went from a A cup after looseing them from having my babys to a full b which i originally was before my kids, i now want to go bigger my surgeon said to go from round to teardrop to fill the upper part of my breast and use a 425 cc silacone jelly implant (i have the same ones now but round) has anyone had the teardrop and suffered with rotateing or not liked the shape etc please help any info advise would be appreciated, i must also add i am 5ft5 slim 8-10 docter says teardrop would be best as i am only small framed and they will fill me out at the top and also look more natural rather than the stuck on ball look thanks for reading

Saline implants are safer and will always give you a more natural look and feel than silicone but 425 cc implants will not be attractive on a slim woman of medium height like you are.

You can find a surgeon that will do anything you ask that isn’t life-threatening, but the trend is away from oversized boobs. Relative to your height and weight, what you have right now is perfect so save your money and skip the pain of recovering from a major surgical procedure.
