what is The Best Breast Augmentation incision to have done?

I’m 20 years old & am considering breast augmentation, but am trying to decide what incision would be best for me. Every girl obviously doesn’t want any scarring, so the TUBA (belly button) incision would probably be the best one right? I saw an episode of doctor 90210, and there was a 20 year old girl that got that incision done, with the saline implant. They just just shoved a long pole with the implant in it & then put 5 pumps in it. Is it just air?

I have several friends that have had normal Implants and as much as some what to say ‘I cant even see the scar’ it is totally there. If I were going to get one it would definitely be through the belly button. And when they go in through the belly button they fill it with saline through the tube before it is removed.
