Im looking to getting a breast augmentation and I want to know of a place that gives free consultations in Tx?

I live in the fort worth area in Texas and I would like to know of a place to get seen for free. And also maybe a good place to go to have the procedure done as well. Some help that is real help would greatly be appreciated!

Nearly all cosmetic practices offer the consult for free or for a pretty nominal amount. I would stick to a board certified plastic surgeon if you want Implants and preferably one who has a lot of experience. Revision rate is nearly 50% within 3y for silicone and about 20% for saline. You may want to consider using your own fat for breast augmentation if you want to increase by 1-2 cup sizes. This procedure requires no revisions although additional fat can be transplanted later if needed and there’s no need to replace it ever, after all it is your fat! There is only one place in Texas that does this, that I know of and the information is on their website listed as my source.
