Can you breastfeed after reduction surgery?

I’d like to get Breast Reduction Surgery because my back is really bad (I’m up to an F cup with really dense heavy breast tissue). But I’d like to have more children and had hoped to breastfeed them. I thought about waiting until I’m done having kids but that will be a few years and I’m not sure I want to wait that long. Any information, personal experiences, or opinions on the issue are appreciated!

It is all up to the surgeon, and them leaving the milk ducts. I have two friends that had breast reduction surgery. One could nurse, the other couldn’t and didn’t care.
